This belt cooler
is constructed of a basic tank in which a belt conveyor system is mounted.
The belt receives the product from the machine (usually the debasing
machine) directly in preceding the belt cooler. The water (max. 4°C)
is chilled by a separate refrigeration system (exclusive). The product
is statically transported during the procedure, so damage is avoided.
Retention is 5 minutes. The topside is closed by removable covers,
except intake and discharge side. Complete with drain valve, cooling
water spray pipes, inspection / cleaning doors and thermometer.
