New concept with inertia drive and counter balanced construction enables thorough and very precise grading / sizing of seed without any damage, even on soft pelleted seed. The units are used also for grain and other bulk product sizing.

• Frequency and amplitude of vibration are stepless and independent.

• The complete sieve booth is standing on flexible supports, resulting in very low vibration and no need to bolt down the frame.

Belt / Band grader with horizontal drive
Improved results by horizontal belt drive, transverse to the inlet flow. Higher precision and capacity in screening are achieved in comparison to the traditional vertical type belt graders.
• No interaction of sorting by incoming product, the seed from the inlet does not fall on top of the belt flow.
• Separation into more fractions is achieved.
• Capacity is roughly tripled compared to traditional system.
• Plate above belt limits jumping of seed.

Fluid type precision gravity / density grader
VSG-04 fluid type density grader.
Highest levels of specific weight grading are achieved in a process where seeds are separated on gravity in liquids with a constant determined density. The density of the fluids can be adapted steplessly to achieve close grading and reproducible settings. The implemented fluid is not toxic or aggressive to seed. The unit is equipped with a drying section to immediately dry the seed after the separation.
